This image bank is a tool designed principally for member campsites
of the Les Castels chain, their professional partners, suppliers and clients,
(for example 'tour operators'), other tourist organisations,
the press and publishers of camping and holiday guides.
If you are a member of the Castels chain you need to open an account
to benefit from all the site functions. The licensing agreement pertaining
to use of the images is that specified in previous documentation.
If you are a professionnel body or company working in the tourism industry,
publisher, press or design / communications agency, you may apply to open
an account. We will validate your application for access to high resolution
download of images according to your usage. Please see the sections below
pertaining to specific uses for your industry sector.
If you are a private individual please feel free to explore the image galleries.
We are not able, however, to open accounts giving access to the professional
functions of this site.
In all cases the use of images accessible via this site, in their low resolution
and / or high resolution versions, is strictly prohibited without prior
written permission. Our reporting system provides a record of all images
downloaded by account holders.

Tour operators, travel agencies
& tourism organisations |
Access to high resolution image download will be given to tour operators and any other company or professional body working in the tourism industry acting as a partner, client or supplier to the Castels chain or to one or more of its member campsites where images are reproduced solely and exclusively for the purpose of promoting the chain and/or its members.
Licensing rights will be granted without fees for use/reproduction of images only where images will be used solely and exclusively for the promotion of the Les Castels chain and/or one or more of its member campsites. For this condition to be fulfilled, promotional information concerning the chain and or the member site which is the subject of the article or entry must appear on the same page as the image/images is/are used.
Any image used that does not exclusively represent the chain and/or its member sites requires a separate licensing agreement for which there may be a fee applicable. Images cannot, therefore, be used by a partner, client or supplier of the Les Castels chain and / or its member sites for general purpose illustration of their own company or products or for those of any of their own clients or suppliers withour prior permission in writing.
Partners, clients or suppliers of the chain Les Castels must ensure that their communications and marketing departments and/or their external suppliers (design agencies etc.) respect the above conditions.

The Press
We will provide acces to high resolution image download to all publishers of the press in general (newspapers, magazines etc.) who require images to illustrate articles on any related subject.
Licensing rights may be granted without charge under certain specific conditions. Where those conditions are not met we may charge a licensing fee. Please contact us using the form accessible via this web site stating your precise requirements and the eventual context in which the images are to be used. We will contact you to discuss your requirements and establish specific conditions of use.
Publishers of Guides
Access to high resolution image download will be given to publishers of guides citing or representing the Castels chain or one or more of its member campsites.
Licensing rights will be granted without fees for use/reproduction of images only where images will be used solely and exclusively for the promotion of the Les Castels chain and/or one or more of its member campsites. For this condition to be fulfilled, promotional information concerning the chain and or the member site which is the subject of the article or entry must appear on the same page as the image/images is/are used.

Suppliers of Les Castels campsites
If you are a design or communications agency working on behalf of the Castels chain or one of its member sites you may open an account giving you access to high resolution image download. Please specify the site with whom you have a contract in the 'comments' box on the account form. Under no circumstances should you use the account held by the campsite in question.
You have permission to use the images solely and exclusively for the materials and media relating specifically to the Castels client with whom you are working. Using images for other materials and work for yourself or any other client is strictly prohibited.
This web site presents a large number of images which can be used in a 'generic' manner. You may use images for the materials you are producing for the campsite with whom you are working that were not taken at that site, where such images do not allow identification of the other site. If in doubt please consult with your client.
Other communications agencies and
art buyers
The Les Castels chain are happy to receive enquiries from any agency or art buyer who may be interested in using images accessible through this site. Many images present an interest not related specifically to camping.
